An ice cream vendor from General Santos City was having a normal day doing his work to earn money for his family when he crossed paths with the world-renowned boxing champ turned politician, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao. As a Senator, and even before he entered politics, Manny has always been kind and attends to people’s needs. Facebook user Jen Manilay shared last May 27 how the senator showered the man with blessings. Manny gave him Php 3,000 cash but when he found out that the vendor had a stroke recently, he gave another Php 30,000 for the education of the man’s children. Aside from that, the vendor got a job at the Golden State and even a house and lot.
